About Me
Hi, I'm Liv!
I'm currently working as the Marketing Manager and Lead Designer for The ASO Project. Since starting in mid 2019, my design, video editing and marketing skills have been stretched. I like to think I've risen to that challenge -- at the very least, I haven't been fired yet!
One of the highlights of my career thus far has been the work that I did with GloDev, Inc. Through my management of our social media accounts, we were able to more than double our followers and post engagements across our two most used platforms: Facebook and Instagram. Another highlight was the coverage of the NCAA DI Men's Basketball Final Four tournament that I did 2017 for The Wheaton Record. My court-side photography and article of the Final Four were featured in a special edition of The Record.
I like to consider myself a "Jack of all trades." Whether it be rowing, learning a language, playing an instrument or something design related, if I think it's interesting, I'm going to develop a decent level of proficiency - if only for my own satisfaction. This desire to be able to do anything and do it well is what started me on my design journey and has driven me to constantly improve.

The ASO Project
March 2019 - Present
When I first started working at The ASO Project in March 2019, my main job responsibilities included creating screenshot sets and preview videos for our clients on the App and Play Stores, writing blog posts and posting to our company's social media accounts. As I've grown into my role, I've also taken on more responsibilities including: running over $200,000 in total monthly Apple Search Ads spend, managing Google UAC accounts, posting to social media for clients, handling client calls and communications, creating a few UI/UX elements in client apps.

Wheaton Football
March 2018 - November 2018
I am responsible for the employees and equipment in the press box at Wheaton's football stadium, McCully stadium. For every practice and game that the team has, I supervise and help in videoing footage. After practices and games, I upload all of our footage to Hudl, edit it and put up equipment. I am also in charge of collecting footage from the sideline during games to be used in highlight videos that I regularly make for the team.

May 2018 - September 2018
As an intern with GloDev, I help operate their social media pages in order to gain more visibility and responsiveness. As part of my work on social media, I curate photos and videos and create graphics. I have also played a crucial part in creating and implementing a social media plan that has increased our reach and engagement on Facebook and Instagram. I've also authored several email campaigns, ranging from newsletters to donation requests. I am also a part of the media team that goes to special events and work days to gather photos and videos.

The Wheaton Record
August 2017 - May 2018
My weekly responsibilities with The Record included writing 300-500 word articles for the sports section. The teams that a majority of my work focused on were the football and swim teams. My articles had to be able to accurately and concisely relay results and include quotes from both athletes and coaches. I would also write articles for the opinion and features sections. These articles were 1000-2000 words in length and had an in-depth focus on issues relevant to the Wheaton community.
Design Editor
The Wheaton Record
August 2016 - May 2017
As a Design Editor, my main duties were to create page layouts for the weekly sports section. I also would create graphic illustrations for the sports section and other sections requested. In our special issue on the Final Four, both my photographs and an article I wrote were featured in our section.
